Abstract/Contents:"By measuring the micronutrient elements' content, a initial study was made into the feasibility of using rockwool as a turfgrass growth substrate. The results showed that rockwool could release large number of micronutrients which can be utilized by turfgrass at early growth stage, and Fe, Cu and Al content were excess, which could result in the turfgrass poisoning symptom to take place. To sum up, rockwool has a relatively stable chemical stability and can be used as a turfgrass growth substrate."
