Abstract/Contents:"The split-split plot design with three factors and three levels was employed to study the influence of different treatments with different phoshorus [phosphorus], potassium, plant growth retardant (PP333) applicated rates on heat resistance of Festuca arundinacea cv. Huntdog. 5 were conducted in Summer season, 2004 in Fuzhou. The results showed that the contents of N,P,K in leaves of tall Festuca were significantly affected by the treatment of phoshorus [phosphorus], potassium and PP333, and the contents of N,P,K in the leaves of tall festuca under the treatment A2B3C2 (A=60 kg P2O5 hm2, B=140 kg K2O hm2, C=250 mg/L) were the highest, which appeared to improve its physiological status and in turn to promote its safe overaestivation."
