| Abstract/Contents: | "In order to investigate the growth injury of grass by Pb2+ pollution, seed germination and seedling growth of Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum) treated by different Pb2+ concentration were determined in incubator culture. The results showed that seed germination and seedling growth were promoted obviously when Pb2+ concentration below 800 mg/L, and inhibited significantly when Pb2+ concentration above 800 mg/L. Growth inhibition by high Ph2+ concentration treatments to root was greater than that to bud." |
