Abstract/Contents:"Through separation and breeding, the pathogen of the Agrostis stolonifera leaf spot identified was Curvularia lunata. The study results of biological characteristics showed that temperature and pH had distinct influences on mycelial growth and conidial germination, illumination just had distinct influence on mycelial growth and no distinct influence on conidial germination. The most feasible temperature for mycelial growth was 28-31 °C and for conidial germination was 31-34 °C; the most suitable pH for mycelial growth and conidial germination was 5~6; 12 hours light and 12 hours dark in turn was beneficial for mycelial growth."
