| Abstract/Contents: | "Callus cultures were obtained by using the mature seeds of Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis) as explant. And the mature seeds were sliced into two halves and cultured on Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) with different 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) concentrations. The result indicated that the callus induction was not influenced by the seeds slicing. The effect of 2,4-D combining with 6-BA was better than only using 2,4-D acid." |
