| Abstract/Contents: | "The effects of potassium fertilizer with 3 application levels and different drought stress levels on the growth performance of 3 varieties of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) were tested. The results from the seed germination rate, leaf thickness and root to shoot ratio showed that the potassium fertilizer limited the drought stress significantly and increased the seed germination rates, leaf thickness and root to shoot ratio, enhanced the drought resistance consequently within a proper application rate range." |
