Abstract/Contents: | "Plant height and number of tillers of autumn sown Festuca rubra were monitored and simulation models were established. The results showed that warmer weather was favourable for F. rubra elongation and cooler weather was suitable for tillering. It was neither beneficial for shoot elongation and tillering when the temperature was >28°C or < 10°C. The shoot elongation could be expressed as Y=a+b/x and the tillering could be simulated by logistic model." |
