Abstract/Contents:"Mature seeds of three species of Lolium were used to develop an efficient regeneration and transformation system from embryonic calli of these species. The concentrations of different antibiotics for callus growth were confirmed. The essential requirement of establishing the transformation receptor system for Agrostis stolonifera was discussed from choosing plant tissues, confirming the most effective media, and selecting the best regeneration time."
