Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Een sportvereniging in de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek heeft, ondanks het negatieve oordeel van de belastinginspecteur, recht op teruggave van BTW in verband me de aanleg van een kunstgrasveld, zo oordeelt rechtbank Gelderland op 19 november. Deze casus laat zien dat het van groot belang is dat je als vereniging de structuur van je speciaal opgerichte stichting goed op orde hebt wil je BTW terugvragen op bijvoorbeeld aanleg of exploitatie van een kunstgrasveld. De belastingdienst zal hier namelijk niet snel mee akkoord gaan!" |
