(Thanks to DTRF) | "De gemeente Zwijndrecht stond voor de uitdaging om zowel ontzorging als kwaliteitsborging bij onderhoud op sportaccommodaties voor elkaar te krijgen. Zij zette een 'hybride bestek' in de markt gezet. Dit bestek is deels gebaseerd op prestatie-eisen en deels op frequentieeisen. Bij de aanbesteding heeft met de methode van Gunnen op Waarde -naast de prijs- de kwaliteit een belangrijke rol gespeeld." |
