"Twintig jaar privatisering heeft ons geleerd dat niet alle verenigingen het aankunnen om op eigen benen te staan. Wanneer een gemeente echter een exploitatiestichting opricht, stoot zij eveneens taken af, maar is de kans groot dat het onderhoud goed blijft gebeuren. Sportief Capelle bestaat nu drie jaar en werkt al hecht samen met de clubs. Een gesprek met alle betrokkenen over de samenwerkingsstructuur."
