Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Sportbedrijf Alkmaar kent zo onderhand iets heel unieks: het beheert buiten heel veel overdekte sportaccommodaties ook zes grote onoverdekte sportcomplexen (waar meerdere sporten en verenigingen zijn ondergebracht) die ieder een eigen basismachinepark hebben en een vaste terreinmeester. Die rooien dus létterlijk ieder hun eigen akkertje. De autonomie verzelfstandiging van deze terreinmeesters blijkt te leiden tot een verbeterd beheer van de sportvelden. Teamchef Groen en Techniek Jos van der Werf: 'De jongens verzinnen nu zelf oplossingen in plaats van mij te vragen wat ze moeten doen.'" |
