Abstract
(Thanks to DTRF) | "Lamb Weston / Meijer, producent van diepgevroren aardappelproducten, staat met haar naam op de verpakking van 's werelds eerste volledig bio-afbreekbare golfbal. Het is het gevolg van een unieke samenwerking tussen toeleverancier en eindproducent. Het grote voordeel van NatureSX ten opzichte van een 'fossiele bal' is dat deze afbreekbaar is in het milieu. Plastic golfballen - er worden er jaarlijks 1,2 miljard stuks verkocht wereldwijd - raken nog wel eens kwijt. In een artikel uit de New York Times komen verschillende deskundigen aan het woord en de slotsom is dat de milieu-effecten van plastic ballen nog moeten worden onderzocht." |
