| Abstract/Contents: | "Endothal, TCA, and Kuran, all at the rate of 2 lb/A were applied for the control of red clover and white clover in three strains of bent grasses, Kentucky bluegrass and annual bluegrass. Sprays were applied on July 9 and fourteen days later all white clover was dead in the endothal plots. After twenty-one days both white and red clover were dead in the Kuron plots. TCA, at the rate used, had no effect on either type of clover. Some temporary discoloration of bent grass was observed in the Kuron plots but full recovery occurred in four weeks." |
