Abstract/Contents:"All living things are subject to disorders, and turfgrasses are no exception. Through careful selection and breeding, exceptional grasses have been developed with a remarkable degree of disease and weather resistance. However, no grass is close to possessing complete immunity to all major diseases." Gray snow mold, leaf spot and winter desiccation are some of the winter turf injuries that do occur. Symptoms and other characteristics of each injury are given.
