Abstract/Contents: | "Frit fly (Oscinella frit) is a major pest of establishing autumn-sown ryegrass (Lolium spp.) (1). In laboratory studies ryegrass seedlings were most vulnerable to this pest at the 2-5 leaf stage (2). The present work examined the age at which the seedlings of two ryegrass species/cultivars are most vulnerable to frit fly attack in the field." |
