Abstract/Contents: | Data are presented on grass mixtures and the establishment of grasses roads and tracks in 4 different Rhineland localities. Poa pratensis alone or in combination with Festuca rubra produced a highly wear-resistant turf. F. rubra alone was only suitable for light traffic. A small percentage of Agrostis tenuis added to the mixture of P. pratensis and F. rubra improved its adaptability. |
