| Abstract/Contents: | "The effect of different concentrations of actinomycetes fermented filtrate from municipal solid waste(MSW) compost on germination and seedling growth of tall fescue was studied. The results showed that different treatments of actinomycetes filtrates promoted the seed germination and growth. Among the three treatments, 4 times diluted actinomycetes filtrate had the most obvious effect. Compared with the control, 4 times diluted actinomycetes filtrate increased the germination rate, seedling height ,aboveground dry weight, underground dry weight and total chlorophyll content by 17.3%, 17.9%, 20%,66.7% and 60.3% respectively. It could be concluded that actinomycetes filtrates at different concentrations could promote seed germination and seedling growth, and 4 times diluted actinomycetes filtrate was the most effective." |
