| Abstract/Contents: | "The mature seeds of three Kentucky bluegrass arieties [varieties], Midnight II, Nuglade and Rugby II, were used as the explants materials for callus induction with various pretreatments which included different temperature and time periods of seed soaking. The result illustrated that the treatment of seeds soaking in 4 °C cold water for 16~24 h can promote callus formation, and there was no obvious difference among different arieties [varieties]; and for the differentiation training of three varieties, the rate of callus differentiation of midnight II and rugby II was highest for once sub inoculation, but after twice sub inoculation, Nuglade was the highest." |
