Abstract/Contents:"In this research, we analyzed the seed salt soluble protein of 18 Festuca arundinacea by improved Acide Polyacryamide Gel Electrophoreses (A-PAGE). The seed salt soluble protein electrophoregram was analyzed, the results shows that high level of salt soluble protein variations were presented in tall fescue. Totally separate 17 salt soluble protein bands with different migration rate, 7 -12 salt soluble protein were found in each material. Material genetic similarity GS vari- ation scope is between 0.294 ~ 0. 941, all of the specieses can be gathered with a standard of 0.635 GS. Each variety had its own unique band pattern distitin - guishable from the others. The electrophoregrams of A - PAGE of seed salt soluble pro- tein can be regarded as protein fingerprints for identification of tall fescue varieties."
