| Abstract/Contents: | "The callus sub-cultured for 20 times from 3 varieties of Poa pratensis (Midnight, Nuglade and Rugby)used for protoplast culture through different cultivation methods and pH values. The result indicated that solid-liquid double layer was better for protoplast culture. The peaks of protoplast division rates were 42.8% for Midnight (pH 5.8),50.1% for Nuglade (pH 6.0) and 29.4% for Rugby is 29.4% (pH 5.8) respectively. The genotype difference showed an important effect on protoplast culture." |
