Abstract/Contents:"Taking transgenic turfgrass of Festuca arundinacea 'Hongbaoshi' and Lolium perenne 'Linglong' as test materials, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), malondialdehyde (MDA),carotenoid (Car), drought and salt resistance physiological and biochemical indexes were measured, the salt tolerance identification was researched. The results showed that in the salt stress conditions, there were significant difference on the activities of SOD and POD, MDA and Car content etc. between transgenic plantlet and control ones. The conclusion indicated that the salt tolerance of the transgenic plant was obviously enhanced."
