Abstract/Contents:"[Objective] The aim was to explore the suitable nutrient solution for turf hydroponic. [Method] The effects of five hydroponics nutrient solution formulas on tall fescue growth were studied. [Result] The results showed that the indicators of tall fescue turfgrass cultivated by Hoagland solution formula, such as the plant height, leaf number, plant biomass, number of tillers and root vigor, were the higher than those of the other formulas. The indicators of tall fescue turfgrass under Steiner formula were the lower than those of the other formulas. It was suggested that Hoagland formula was the best suitable for the tall fescue hydroponic in five formulas and Steiner formula was not suitable. [Conclusion] The study provides a reference for selecting nutrient solutions planting lawn by hydroponic cultivation, and researching lawn hydroponic technology deeply."
