| Abstract/Contents: | "Effects of different plant hormones on seed germination of bermudagrass were determined at concentrations of 0.1, 1.0, 5.0 and treatments of 10 mg/kg 2, 4-D, GAs and 6-BA along with control (0%). The results showed that germination rate and germination potential of bermudagrass were increased significantly when treated with GAs and 2, 4-D.The best seed processing was at concentrations of 0.1 mg/L, 1 mg/L for Gas, 1 mg/L for 2, 4-D respectively. GAs in higher concentration inhibited germination potential, and 6-BA in higher concentration would inhibited both germination potential and germination rate." |
