Abstract/Contents:"[Objective] The removal measure of the PP333 inhibiting Festuca arundinace [arundinacea] growth in greenhouse environment was investigated. [Method] The Festuca arundinace [arundinacea] plants were treated with the different levels of nitrogen fertilizer and the GA after they were moved outside of greenhouse and the growth of plants was observed. [Results] The treatment of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the height of plant, the diameter of stem, the length and width of leaf, the number of tiller, which was not significant with those of CK; however, there was difference in the length of root between the treatment and CK. The treatment of GA could improve the height of plant and the length of leaf, which was significant difference with those of CK; the diameter of stem, the number of tiller and the width of leaf from the GA treatment were less than those of CK and also there was no change in the length of root between GA treatment and CK. There was little change in all of the indexes of Festuca arundinace [arundinacea] plant between the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer and before its transplanting. The height of plant and the length of leaf of the plant treated with GA were greatly increased compared with the plant before transplanting, reaching to 450%-650%, respectively. [Conclusion] The application of both GA and fertilization could promote the GA better removing the PP333 inhibiting plant growth."
