Abstract/Contents:"Studied on the Agrostis stolonifera L. cv. Yuexuan No.1 cuttings which were treated with different concentration of 6-BA (1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 mg/L) or urea (0.5%, 1.5%, 2.5%) before spraying or after affect [effect] on survival rate and growth of budding. Appearance variation, cutting survivor, root length, rooted number, root system vigor and chlorophyll were measured. Furthermore, 2.5 mg/L concentration of 6-BA and 2.5% concentration of urea preharvest and 1.5% concentration of urea post-harvest were better than the control (water). But apart from enhancing the root vigor and control a significant difference (P0.05), the other side there was no significant difference. The efect of preharvest spray was better than post-harvest. The comprehensive analysis showed that theory optimal was 2.5% concentration of urea preharvest could accelerate the root survivor and growth as well."
