Abstract/Contents:"On newly established earthen works the surface must be protected quickly. Under the present state of techniques a dense plant cover is established immediately by using seed which ensures germination. The quality of the seed forms the basis of the contract of construction and the guarantee. However, the commercial seed sold in correspondence with this standard does not satisfy the requirements of species and nature protection as laid down by law which specifies that plants originating from other regions must not be planted in open landscapes. Public constructors, such as those who build roads cannot overlook this discrepancy. The article provides information on the usefulness of defined mixed seeds from native stocks."
