Abstract/Contents:"Soil Health measures are maturing even as the field of metagenomics is expanding. Samples of similar soils under diverse management (urban perennial garden, disturbed soil, lawn, meadow, native forest) from Bartholdi Park, Washington, DC (U.S. Botanic Garden) and the National Arboretum were collected in June 2016. Samples were characterized for soil health (Cornell Soil Health Testing), soil micro and mesofauna (Earthfort labs), and microbial and fungal metagenomics (16s and ITS tests, respectively). We report on correlations and relationships between these data."
