Abstract/Contents:"The potted experiment was implemented to study the effect of uniconazole of different concentrations (20mg/L,40mg/L,60mg/L,80mg/L) on morphological and physiological indicators of creeping bentgrass under the adequacy water (100% field capacity) and the limited water condition (50% field capacity). The results showed that the height of creeping bentgrass treated with uniconazole of four concentrations was decreased distinctly, and leaves of creeping bentgrass treated with uniconazole of appropriate concentrations(40mg/L,60mg/L,80mg/L) were shortened significantly under the adequacy water condition and the limited water condition respectively. The effects of uniconazole was different between concentrations. The appropriate concentration of uniconazole increased the proline content, relative water content and the root vigor and enhanced the drought resistance of creeping bentgrass. The regulative effect of uniconazole was relevant to the water content in soil. The concentration of uniconazole recommended in practical turf management of creeping bentgrass considering its the effectiveness and cost was 60mg/L."
