Abstract/Contents:How much chemical residue in our food and water is a harmful amount? Discusses technological improvements that make "zero" smaller. As science advances, the ability to detect trace levels of substances increases. At times this knowledge can cause a scare among the general public although it is really not a dangerous amount in question. But, due to this scientific advantage, we are capable of monitoring levels and detecting them well before they are of consequence.
