| Abstract/Contents: | Deafness is not taken as seriously as it should be by many individuals. However hearing loss can be very disabling and distressing. Noise has been recognised as a major cause of hearing damage that cannot be repaired. Several different regulations governing noise in the workplace are discussed. |
