Abstract/Contents: | There are high pH levels in the sand-based golf greens of Iowa. These pH levels tend to reduce the availability of micronutrients, thus causing golf course superintendents to have to use supplemental micronutrients to avoid deficiencies caused by high pH levels. A study was conducted to evaluate the quality of creeping bentgrass when treated with four levels of a chelated iron source (Sprint 330). The details and results (visual quality) of the study are given. |
