| Abstract/Contents: | "On September 30, 1992, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Industry Task Force II on 2,4-D Research Data reached an agreement on obligating the task force to initiate an exposure reduction and user education program for the herbicide 2,4-D. The agreement was the result of the task force's failure to submit research studies required under the reregistration and special review programs within the time schedules set by the Agency (See 2,4-D Registration Update elsewhere in these proceedings). The task force's compliance with the agreement will allow new submission dates for the late studies." |
