Abstract/Contents: | In order for turf professionals to get fair representation when it comes to pesticide and other chemical usage for turf they must become more involved with legislative bodies. Turf professionals must be willing to educate the legislators about the uses of chemicals in the turfgrass industry because legislators can not vote fairly on things which they do not completely understand. Reasons for dealing with legislators and suggestions on how to work with legislators are given. |
