USGA Summary Points:Both white and pink varieties of Kurapia (Lippia nodiflora L.) remained green throughout the year with acceptable quality values of greater than 6 (1 = brown, 9 = dark green). Kurapia can be grown successfully at 40% drip irrigation rate (20% is insufficient & 80% is excessive) relative to bermudagrass. Nine out of the ten nativegrasses performed and maintained acceptable quality. Aristida purpurea, Sporobolus aeroides, Eragrostis trichodes and Bouteloua gracilis remained green throughout the year with acceptable quality values of greater than 5 for greenness.
