| Abstract/Contents: | It is a good idea for the technical manager to create a budget and some kind of maintenance inventory in any country club. Although all of these plans certainly cannot be the same, there are common elements in many of them. Some suggested items to be considered when creating one's own budget are services, general maintenance and personal costs. The objective of a budget is to have a cost analysis and clear objectives. It is reassuring in moments of instability to know that you are protected for a period of twelve months. When creating a budget, keep in mind the costs of implementing tasks and be sure that these costs are necessary and that they are the correct figures. This article is only a first look at all of the important factors to be considered, it is important that these things be enriched with the manager's personal experiences and ability to learn from these. |
