Abstract/Contents: | "Those nasty summer dry spots are back, but there's a difference in the problems and solutions to poor irrigation uniformity, and hydrophobic soils that just won't absorb water. The best approach is first to assess your irrigation systems's performance, then move into cultural practices that may treat the sypmtoms of isolated dry spots, and possibly prevent them from returning year after year." |
