Abstract/Contents:"After originally setting a disposal ban for yard trimmings at the end of 1993 - which spurred the creation of 204 composting sites - the State of Ohio has proposed rules that nullify the impact of the law. The proposed rules, which have drawn opposition from the composting industry, allow yard trimmings mixed with residential refuse to be disposed. Only source separated yard trimmings are banned."
