Abstract/Contents: | Superintendents and managers feel frustrated when they request financing for new equipment and other operating expenses from the boss and the request is denied. However, some superintendents and managers do not understand how their owners, general managers, or greens committees make decisions concerning allocation of funds for operating budgets or capital expenditures. Therefore, it is suggested that superintendents and managers take all the opportunities they have to become involved with the financial or decision making processes. |
