Abstract/Contents: | "Why concentrate on improving image? The reason is simple. With a better image, people are more accepting of you as an individual. You rise above the status of peasant to that of professional. If you need to implement programmes at the facility, you are more likely to have allies - people who support you. If you want the opportunity for on-going training the chances are also improved." |
