Abstract/Contents: | "The Verti-Drain is most effective on coarse textured soils where surface infiltration is stopped or impeded by compaction as a result of foot traffic or machinery. The loosening of the topsoil allows the easy passage of water along with increasing rooting depths and soil oxygen levels. An increase in rooting depth can be seen after repeat use of the Verti-Drain." |
