Abstract/Contents: | Describes today's new trends in golf course design as being a reflection of design as it was in the beginning of golf with the natural environment playing a bigger part of keeping golf interesting. Reduced budgets have provided the impetus for larger natural roughs and reduced maintenance costs. The way it was is the way it will be again. |
