Abstract/Contents:Reports results of 85 Kentucky bluegrass varieties tested for winter color retention and spring green-up at Moscow, Idaho for 1981 and 1982 as part of a national study. Bristol, Nassau, Admiral and 225 had excellent early winter color as well as early spring green-up after the winter of '81-'82. In 1982-83, Shasta, Admiral, Bristol, Barblue, and Nassau were the most favorable varieties.
