| Abstract/Contents: | The changes in percentage cover and in succession in single-sp. perennial grass swards of Festuca arundinacea, F. pratensis, Bromus inermis, Dactylis glomerata, Trifolium repens f. giganteum and Lotus corniculatus were investigated on a monthly basis from 1973 to 1976 in 100-m2 trial plots. The plots received 68, 18 and 40 kg/ha of N, P2O5 and K2O, resp., annually, and were irrigated during the vegetative period. Over the period of 4 yr the presence of individuals of 37-48 different spp. in each plot was recorded. |
