Abstract/Contents: | Details three types of snow mold that may injure turfgrass during times of low temperatures or repeated freeze-and-thaw cycles. These are gray snow mold (Typhula spp.), pink snow mold (Microdochium nivale) and Coprinus snow mold (Coprinus psychromorbidus). Gives information regarding the symptoms, life cycle, and methods of control for these three types of winter injury. |
