Abstract/Contents: | "If you don't think municipal water carries particulates, look in your toilet tank. The irrigation contractor can use inexpensive filtration devices to trap these particulates and ensure that plant material is getting the water it should from low-volume irrigation emitters and sprayers. Managers of irrigation systems for commercial and residential landscapes are embracing these products to save headaches down the line. Sizing and installing these filters are the critical components of a successful water polishing design." |
