Abstract/Contents:"The union movement is a counterbalance for the oversights of businessmen. The recession has affected both labor and middle management, and fringe benefits (I think the term "fringe" speaks volumes) have been pared to the bone at some firms. There are many disgruntled workers in business today and they are receptive to the rosy picture patined by union pitchmen." Urges the management of landscaping firms to provide their employees with fair wages and benefits, to keep labor union recruiters away from their businesses.
