| Abstract/Contents: | An overview of the origin and possible uses of evapotranspiration (ET)data. Also discussed are the possible uses of ET data for predicting irrigation requirements. "Recently large scale restrictions of water for urban, industrial and agricultural uses has occurred in some parts of the state [Florida]. Thus, it is important that each part of the agricultural industry understands clearly their water needs. The understanding of ET is then essential if water needs are to be known." |
