On the commercial side, your contributions are measured by their affect on profitability. As a result a walk on the commercial side can be just a little more intense and a little more challenging. It can be a little more demanding and a little more frustrating. But it can also be a whole lot more exciting and a whole lot more rewarding. Commercial businesses need and welcome the kinds of knowledge and services you have to offer. They need them and they are willing to pay handsomely for them, provided you can make your knowledge and service contributions pay off." |
