Abstract/Contents: | "Edging can be used to cleanly and precisely separate planting beds, bark or rock mulch beds, turf areas, ground covers, paths and much more. Landscape edging reduces maintenance headaches caused by encroachment. It helps keep mulch beds from spilling into planting beds, helps keep things in their proper places. However, edging does not eliminate all bed maintenance. Keeping the sharp look not only requires careful installation, but also some minimal ongoing maintenance." Discusses techniques of edging installation and maintenance to insure that everying, from beds to bricks, is kept where it should be and your projects be enhanced from years to come. |
